My name is Shannon Tanksley, and I offer a professional foundation in holistic wellness, integrative healing practices, and transformational life coaching. I bring over 20 years of experience as a social worker, along with a background as a health and wellness educator, guided meditation instructor, and holistic practitioner. As a current Registered Clinical Social Work Intern (RCSWI), I offer a strong professional foundation that informs and supports the work I bring into this space.

In my role, I utilize a holistic, client-centered approach that considers the interconnectedness of mind, body, and spirit. Through guided reflection, mindfulness-based practices, and evidence-informed wellness strategies, I support individuals in processing life experiences, releasing internal barriers, and strengthening alignment with their values and goals.

My practice emphasizes the development of sustainable lifestyle patterns that promote long-term well-being. Together, we will identify areas for growth, clarify your vision, and implement practical, achievable steps that foster empowerment, self-awareness, and renewed purpose.
