My name is Shannon Tanksley, and I am passionate about supporting individuals on their journey toward greater well-being, self-awareness, and purposeful living.
With more than 20 years of experience in human services, I bring a multidisciplinary background as a social worker, health and wellness educator, guided meditation instructor, and transformational life coach. As a Registered Clinical Social Work Intern (RCSWI), my professional training complements my holistic approach by providing a strong foundation in ethical, person-centered care while honoring the whole person—mind, body, and spirit.
I believe that wellness is not simply the absence of stress or illness, but an ongoing process of cultivating balance, resilience, self-compassion, and meaningful connection. My approach is rooted in respect for each person's lived experiences, cultural background, personal values, and unique path to healing.
