As the founder of Nharmony Wellness, I’m proud to lead a first-generation, women-owned practice dedicated to your holistic well-being. With over 20 years of experience in mental and behavioral health—including individual and family therapy—and as a meditation instructor on the Insight Timer app, my goal is to create a space where you feel deeply supported, heard, and cared for by a seasoned professional.
In addition, I am the self‑published author of Just Breathe, a book offering practical tools to cultivate mindfulness, resilience, and inner peace through guided reflection and breathwork.
As your spiritual guide, I am here to assist you in clarifying your life path and higher truth, and to deepen your spiritual consciousness through transformative practices like mindfulness, breathwork, journaling, and meditation.
